Insecurity is a sense that a person experiences when they lack self-confidence and constantly feel inferior to others. In general, this feeling makes a person feel uneasy and insecure. Anyone can handle insecurity for a variety of reasons. Being in a toxic environment is the most common reason for insecurity. When feelings of insecurity have gone too far, they can disrupt our daily lives by leading us to doubt ourselves when confronted with various situations.
A. Always Feeling Short About Something.
People with insecurity will always feel less about the achievements they have made. They are too focused on mistakes, faults, and inadequacies. They always imagine the worst-case scenario in every situation.
B. Always Feeling Anxious
This feeling develops because people with insecurity have high expectations, and if these expectations are not fulfilled, they will get anxious. They are also not sure that they can do better than their expectations.
C. Always Feel Like Being Someone Else
Insecure people don't believe they are special. As a result, the person aspires to be someone else, someone better than himself. They immediately feel the urge to compare themselves to others. They are too shy to be in a social situation and always want to disappear.
